Viewing and editing records
To view and edit your meetings and reviews captured in BlueSky
- Head to Overview Statements* in your Home area
- Select the relevant record
- If this record was created by you, you will have an Edit option in the right-hand side Actions panel
- Before marking this record as complete, you are able to edit the content fully
- After marking this record as complete, you are still able to edit the Type, Title and Academic Year
If you need to add notes or evidence to a record, you may do this at any point, whether marked as complete or not
- Head to Overview Statements* in your Home area
- Select the relevant record
- Each record has a Notes section for any reflections, comments or dialogue between an individual and their line manager
- To attach a document, select Manage Evidence on the right-hand side
- Populate the title of your document in Label and choose a file to upload
