1. What are the self-review features? Where can I find them?
The self-review features within the Standards* module allow you to analyse your responses over time, attach evidence, and align objectives and CPD relevant to the statement set or framework.
You can find the self review features within the Standards module:
*Although referred to as standards in this guide, this terminology is customisable and may therefore be called reviews, standards reviews or similar within your organisation.
2. How to use the self-review features
The Analysis feature shows a comparison of responses from a past date, to the present date. Responses are recorded and saved each time you make a change.
- Head to Standards
- Select the standard or framework title
- Select View to access the statements
- Head into the Analysis tab
- Select a past date to see progress over time
The Evidence feature enables notes, documents and links to be attached to statement sets.
- Head to Standards
- Select the standard or framework title
- Select View to access the statements
- Head into the Evidence tab
- Notes will be timestamped when added by individuals and line managers
- Documents and links can be attached by selecting Manage evidence
- Populate the title of your evidence in the Label text field and either upload a file or paste the URL
- Select Upload
The Prompt feature enables BlueSky Admin's to provide additional guidance on meeting the statements, or suggest potential evidence that could be uploaded to support responses. This is an optional feature.
- Head to Standards
- Select the standard or framework title
- Select View to access the statements
- Head into the Prompt tab
The Objectives and CPD features enable you to create a new Objective or CPD record that directly links to a statement set. Any Objectives and CPD already linked to a statement set will be listed here.
- Head to Standards
- Select the standard or framework title
- Select View to access the statements
- Head into the either the Objectives or CPD tab
- If you have any records linked already, they will be listed here
- To create a new linked record, select Create Objective or Create CPD Activity
