Whilst referred to as objectives in this guide your organisation may use language such as goals, targets or inquiry questions.
The objectives report allows you to view the objectives for individual staff, all staff or groups of staff. You can narrow the parameters of the report to customise the information shown, and filter by status of the objectives.
This report also allows you to view links made to the wider priorities of your organisation, allowing real clarity over the collective contributions of your staff body towards the improvement of the organisation.
