In this guide we will cover how to:
- set objectives for those you line manage
- align objectives to the priorities of your organisation
- edit a manager-led objective
- Head into your Manage tab and select Objectives from the left-hand navigation menu.
- Select Create objective in the top right-hand corner
- Select the individual from the dropdown you wish to create the objective for. If you only line manage one person this will be preselected
- Just like you're own objective, fill out the content of the objective form
- Select the Set and Met date
- Remember, you will be the only one who can edit this as the individual won't have editing rights
- When you're ready press Next step
- Choose any related organisation objectives, if available and link to elements of their professional standards review if applicable
- Press Save
