Objectives can be created in three ways in BlueSky. They can be created by:
- Users
- Managers
- Administrators
If you can't see Edit objective on your record's action panel, it means your manager created it for you and they have ownership along with the editing rights.
You will need to discuss this with your manager, so you can decide if creating it yourself would be best and you can obtain the editing rights - they can then approve it. They can delete the one they created afterwards.
If for any reason they leave the organisation or they are absent, ownership of your own objectives is important.
