To administer, build and manage data across the organisations in your group, you can assign individual admin and reporting permissions.
To be able to assign these permissions you must first have been assigned Admin permissions within the Partnership organisation. Only Primary Users are able to assign Report permissions. - Select the Admin tab from the top navigation bar.
- Select Users & Groups from the left navigation menu.
- Search for the individual you wish to provide permissions and/or click on their name.
- Scroll down slightly to Partnership Permissions select the black button to the right Edit Partnership Permissions
Permissions are split between administrative permissions and report permissions. Each module contains different functionality and can be assigned individually or in full to your selected user.
Admin Permissions
- Users & Groups – view any unrestricted* staff names, emails and the organisation they belong to. Has the ability to Add users into the Partnership organisation.
- Training – create and manage training events for staff across your group to view and opt into.
- Resources – create categories and upload files, links, audio or video to share across your group.
- Priorities & Objectives – build and manage your group’s improvement or action plan’s, allowing individuals at your member organisations to link their professional learning and appraisal and your organisation's leadership to build their plans from it.
- Flood Fill – utilise BlueSky’s flood fill option for creating CPD activities across staff in your group.
- Observations – build observation and monitoring templates once that can be shared across all or some organisations in your group. Create records on individuals from a central location when performing tasks such as safeguarding or data protection reviews.
- Calendar – create calendar entries, around key events or scheduled activities to share across your group.
- Projects – review Projects, including their resources, created by individuals across your member organisations.
- CPD – manage all CPD activities across your group. Adds an additional or final layer of Authorisation from your central team.
- Templates – create your own Overview Statement templates to be used across all or some organisations in your group.
*Member organisations, if required, can choose to restrict their User’s and/or data from the Partnership. This might be applicable in soft-federations or TSA groups utilising the feature.
Dashboard and Organisations (overview page) are provided automatically with any other given admin or report permission.
Report Permissions
Identifies reports that contain pay and performance data. We recommend restricting access to this report either by groups of staff or to a small number of high-level staff in the Partnership organisation. For example, only HR and/or leaders of performance may have access.
- Needs Analysis Report
Aggregates all staff responses to a selected professional standard review (National or Bespoke) in a graphical format. Drilling down into each dimension or statement set allows you to identify staff strengths and areas for development. Useful in identifying needs across groups of schools to formulate training plans and in analysing the impact of your training provision afterwards. - Proposed Learning Plan Report
Provides a detailed and exportable report with links to identified learning need(s). The search criteria can be refined by date, individual, all users, profession, level, group, objective, PLP type, PLP content and more. - Professional Objectives Report
Detailed Professional Objectives report, provides a highly detailed and exportable report with links to organisation priorities. Review appraisal and performance targets across all available users and groups of users within your group. - Overview Statements Report
Detailed Overview Statements report, provides highly detailed and exportable reports with links to the individual’s objectives, if applicable. The Primary User account can also add pay decisions, if applicable to the template, and view these in the report ONLY through their account i.e. CEO or CFO. - CPD Activities Report
Detailed CPD activities report, which provides a highly detailed and exportable report showing individuals, approval and agreement decisions, event links, organisation and/or professional objectives, costing and evaluation feedback plus much more. - Observations and Observation Visual Report
Detailed observation report, providing highly detailed and exportable reports based on the selected form. The search criteria can be refined by date, individual/all users, groups, audit area, submitted and not submitted and much more.
The Visual Report provides a graphical representation (pie chart) of the headline percentages of observation scores. Scores for each rating scale and overall scores will be displayed for the selected observation form. The display can be filtered by date, groups and by organisation/group objectives. If utilising the system Overall Rating option, Group and/or organisation breakdowns are available. - Observation Totals Report
Provides numerical data on observation totals; searchable by date, individual, group and form. This includes the number of observations completed by and for the individual, submitted and not submitted and the total number of grades received (relevant to each form). - User Grades Report
Provides a list of staff with details of their profession, roles, grade, pay spine and login data.
To provide restricted permissions to groups of staff or filter by them, they must be created within the Partnership, Users & Groups area first.
