You'll need to make sure you have a professional standard level set on your account. If not head to our article on Account Set Up and then head back here to continue.
If you're creating a new objective head to Objectives and select Create Objective in the top right-hand corner. Complete the relevant fields then hit Next step.
If your organisation has created their improvement or action plan you can now link to any priorities and beneath you'll see Select relevant standard.
Simply select Show details and check the statement sets you wish to link to your target then press Save.
