Whether you were the Observer or the Observed you can link the record directly to your own CPD or Objectives.

• Head to Observations on the left-hand navigation menu.
• By default it will land on Observations by you, so if this was of you you'll need to select that tab.
• Select the highlighted Focus name to enter the record.
• On the right-hand side select Manage Evidence.

• Here you can add standard evidence documents or links too but if you scroll down you'll see Objectives and CPD Activities. 
• Simply select Add next to any of the records you wish to link the Observation to. That's it!
