New navigation in People Development 

How do I change role or school in People Development?

To improve the look and feel of People Development, and align it to the navigation within The National College, the role and school selectors have now moved from the top navigation, into the left hand navigation bar. 

 

 

School Selector

  • For those with access to more than one school, you can toggle to each school using the School Selector. See 1. in the image above.

  • The terminology for the features in the left hand navigation will alter according to the school selected.

Role Selector

To access any additional roles you may have such as Manager, CPD Team or Opal Facilitator:

  • Click on 'Change' next to the 'Home' option in the left hand navigation. See 2. in the image above.

  • 'Admin' can be accessed via the link in the top navigation, aligning it to Admin access within The National College. See 3. in the image above.

  • The features in the left hand navigation will reflect the role selected.  E.g. If 'Manage' is selected , 'Objectives' will be for those you will line manage.
