ℹ️ Whilst referred to Quality Assurance in this guide, your organisation may use alternative terminology such as Monitoring or Observations.
1. Record Totals Report
This report provides numerical data such as number of quality assurance records completed by individuals or for individuals, the number of submitted records and the number of records still in draft. This information may be useful when moderating your processes around quality assurance in your setting.
2. Records Report
A highly detailed report focussing on a selected observation template. Allows you to see the quality assurance that is taking place across your organisation, the strengths and areas for development across your staff as identified from this quality assurance, and how this quality assurance links to your organisation objectives.
3. Record Visual Report
If you have included numerical or descriptive scales within your quality assurance template this report will provide you with interactive, graphical representation of the headline data allowing you to visualise the records across your organisation before clicking into the data to access more granular information.
