Objectives: Why can't my manager see my objectives?
If you're able to see your objectives but your Line Manager can't, this may be down to one of two reasons:
1. When you created the objective you set visibility to Private / Confidential.
- You can tell if an Objective is set to Private / Confidential as it will not have any information under the Activity status.
- If this is the case, get in touch with our team who can make it visible.

or
2. The academic year filter needs adjusting to match the objective
- When viewing Objectives, the academic year filter displayed on the right of the screen, must match the academic year that the Objective is relevant to.
- This is particularly important to note when Line Managers are validating objectives since this tends to be done at the start of the next academic year.
